The Winter Lights Festival will be themed around Mr. Wonder, a very silly and accident-prone wizard who despite his best efforts, always seems to make rather unusual things happen. Mr. Wonder's escaped magic is what's caused the Winter Lights and each element relates back to his magical tale of wonder!
