If aches and pains have been bothering you, then our Fire and Ice treatment is the perfect remedy.
The perfect combination of our warm Preseli Bluestones, renowned for their healing abilities, will work with specially chosen cooling crystals promoting regeneration through the body, whilst breaking down tension and restoring inner calm.
For the full spa experience, we recommend using The Thermal Suite before your treatment to prepare the skin, muscles, and mind.

Supervision Policy
Minimum age 14 years and must be accompanied in the Spa by an adult and given written consent.
Thermal Suite
2 hours use of The Celtic Spa Experience is included with any 60 minute treatment.
Footwear
We are a bare-foot spa, so please feel free to bring your own flip flops/slippers. Spa flip-flops are available for purchase at £2.
Clothing
On arrival, you will receive a towel and robe and our receptionist will show you through to the changing area.
Refreshments
We have decaffeinated and caffeinated drinks and fruit water available during your experience. We also have Prosecco available to purchase.
